Getting Started with Intermittent Fasting

Here’s how I started: skip breakfast, eat lunch at noon. Eat dinner by 6 PM.

Eat whole foods. Real fruit and vegetables. Real meat. Real grains (but eventually I eliminated grains).

Journal – Journal about anything but especially gratitude.

I started losing weight with that program and didn’t stop until I was underneath my goal weight 50 pounds later.
