I like this fruit guide for carbs (but the watermelon part is off… no one eats only 1 cup of watermelon). But strawberries are great. I keep them in my freezer for use in my green smoothies.
And because of the information on the chart, I don’t add banana to my smoothies anymore.
Here’s the thing: after intermittent fasting and cutting carbs for just one month, my cravings for sweets dropped off considerably.
But I don’t count the carbs. I just use charts like these to increase my awareness of the amount of sugar in them.
I’m not saying it is unhealthy to eat sweeter fruits. But if you do eat them, it will likely slow down your ability to lose weight.
