what my mind does to lose weight

Here’s the list:

  • Daily weight check.
  • Bible reading.
  • Daily gratitude.
  • Daily present-tense positive self talk.
  • I need, I think, I feel.

That might look like a whole bunch, but the only non-negotiables for me are the daily weight check and the daily gratitude list. They take 3 minutes.

The bible reading has become non-negotiable for me too. And for my growth, that is important. You’ll have to think through that one for yourself.
